Non-human persons

A reasonable case that dolphins should be treated as non-human persons (specifically that they shouldn’t be treated as property). One criticism of the article is that it always helps to set up your own list of criteria and then show that your subject meets them. I’d have liked to see some wider views on what it means to be a person (what about cross-generational learning, for example).
